Request removal of your personal data from our systems

Harvest Mission College respects your right to privacy and data control. If you would like your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow the process below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to hmccalling@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following:

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Exceptions

Please note that we may be required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or accreditation purposes even after a deletion request. In such cases, we will inform you of the data we are required to retain and the reason for retention.

Data Shared With Third Parties

If your data has been shared with third-party services (such as payment gateway providers or our learning management system), we will notify those parties of your deletion request. However, their data retention is subject to their own policies.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received a response within 30 days, please follow up at hmccalling@gmail.com or call +91-9811373357.
