Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing fee refunds and cancellations for Harvest Mission College admissions. Please read this carefully before making any payment.

1. Application Fee

The application processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal of application, rejection, or cancellation.

2. Admission Confirmation Fee

Upon acceptance, students are required to pay an admission confirmation fee. This fee is non-refundable if the student subsequently withdraws.

3. Tuition & Programme Fees

Refunds for tuition and programme fees are governed by the following schedule based on the date of written withdrawal notice received by the Admission Office:

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send a written request to hmccalling@gmail.com with your full name, application number, and reason for withdrawal. Refund requests must include your bank account details for NEFT transfer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or via NEFT to the provided bank account.

6. Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement, or natural disaster), requests for special consideration may be submitted to the Principal's office. Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the College's decision is final.

7. Payment Failures

If a payment is debited but the transaction fails or is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay or any other payment gateway provider within 5–7 working days.
